How soon will I receive my ordered images?

CD orders are usually shipped the same day by First Class Mail, and individually purchased images will be delivered usually within a few hours after you place your order (Yes, there are real. live people processing your order!). Please contact Douglas Pulsipher by email, by telephone (888-860-9996), or by fax (801-363-9707) if you encounter a problem.

Exceptions:

1. You gave us an incorrect email address. Please double-check your email address for accuracy when you order. We will try to contact you by an alternate method, so be sure to include a telephone number.
2. Your credit card does not clear. Please be sure to give us your correct credit card billing address for verification. If we do encounter a problem, you will be contacted.
3. Your order was placed after or before our regular business hours. We operate between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time), Monday - Friday. Please also allow for holidays.
4. You placed a order for a file larger than 9MB. We must custom scan our vintage originals when you place an order for file size larger than 9MB. Please contact Douglas Pulsipher by email, by telephone (888-860-9996), or by fax (801-363-9707) for a more accurate delivery schedule, or for any other custom needs.
   
   
   How are images delivered?
   Our digital images are delivered to you as an email attachment. It is very important that you double-check your email address for accuracy when you order, or your image delivery will be delayed. These images are delivered as quality compressed JPEG images that average about one-sixth their uncompressed file size, in order to allow for faster Internet delivery. Once received and decompressed, these files should be saved as TIFF files (for final use), and the original JPEG file archived for back-up.
   
   The Vintage Classics Collection CD is sent by U.S. First Class Mail.
