Stock photography, photos: Casco Viejo Panama

Stock photos of Panama boasts a mixture of eras and architectural periods. Casco Viejo, the Old Quarter, is the second city, built after the first one (Panama la Vieja) was burnt to the ground to try and preclude Sir Henry Morgan to loot it. He did, anyway, and five centuries later a presence from England can be felt again. Shown in the photo, one of the multiple alleys that crisscross the Old Quarter. In the background the modern Panama skyline shows itself through the haze.
